What the winner gets
Every crew starts with one truck. The work comes fast. A place to put it does not. First Yard gives one new business a Fleet Command Post for six months at no cost: a private, lockable 20-foot office and five reserved truck spaces in a gated yard next to Eagle County Airport, at 60 Spring Creek Road in Gypsum. The gate reads plates at any hour. Cameras cover the lanes, and the lanes are plowed. At the regular rate, six months is worth $11,700. The winner pays nothing and owes nothing in return. When the six months end, the business can stay at the posted rate or move on.

Any trade or service business can apply if it works in Eagle County, opened in 2024 or later and runs one to five work vehicles. Builders, masons, tile setters, roofers, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, painters, cleaners and plow operators all qualify. The owner applies.
