Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly permits. Cancel anytime by emailing reserve@winsparking.com or calling (970) 279-1744. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We don't prorate partial months.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing. If we charged you in error, we refund the full amount within 5 business days.
Questions about a charge. Contact us first. We reply within 1 business day.
Park Graph and ChargingNear.me have their own refund policies.
Payments are made to JLT Valley LLC, doing business as Wins Parking, and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
