Wins Parking Opens Nationwide Design-Build-Manage Service to Turn Parking Lots Into EV Fast-Charging and Robotaxi Hubs

With only 16% of U.S. fast-charging stations meeting federal NEVI minimums and the federal 30C charging credit ended, owners need sites built to earn revenue from day one

EDWARDS, Colo. — November 2026 — Wins Parking, a parking design, build and management company, today opened its EV fast-charging and robotaxi depot service to property owners nationwide. One team plans, builds and runs the site, from the electrical design and utility coordination to daily operations, payments and enforcement.

The gap is wide. Of 15,926 open public DC fast-charging stations in the U.S., only 2,545 meet the federal NEVI minimums of four CCS ports at 150 kW near a designated corridor, according to open data from ChargingNear.me, a Wins Parking company. The federal 30C tax credit no longer applies to charging equipment placed in service after June 30, 2026, so each new site has to earn its keep on revenue.

What Wins delivers:

  • EV charging station installation for parking lots: site assessment, electrical design, utility coordination, Level 2 and DC fast charger installation, commissioning, incentive applications and managed charging operations.
  • Robotaxi depot management: design, build and operation of depots for autonomous fleets, with DC fast and wireless charging, inspection and cleaning, security and access control, and fleet system integration.
  • Parking management services: license plate recognition cameras, QR code payments through Park Graph, enforcement and day-to-day operations for the rest of the lot.

"Most parking lots are sitting on the exact real estate that EV drivers and robotaxi fleets need, and most owners don't know where to start," said Ross D. Blankenship, Managing Principal of Wins Parking. "We design it, build it and run it, so the owner gets one contract, one team and a site that pays for itself."

Wins Parking is woman-owned and family-operated since 2016. It has design, build and manage teams across the country, including Florida and the Southeast. Owners can review completed work at winsparking.com/case-studies and request a build estimate at winsparking.com/contact.
