How Our Parking Pricing Works

Our pricing model is built on three principles: transparency, simplicity, and value that scales with your needs. Every rate shown on this page is marked with an asterisk (*) because it is the all-in monthly cost — it includes all applicable taxes and fees, with no surge pricing and no surprise charges for access cards, maintenance, or snow removal. What you see is what you pay, and what you pay includes everything: 24/7 secure lot access, well-lit and maintained facilities, licensed and insured management, online billing and account management, and dedicated local support from our Eagle County team.

We structured our pricing around three vehicle tiers because parking is not one-size-fits-all. A standard sedan requires different space, surface strength, and lane width than a box truck or a semi-trailer. Our Standard tier covers cars, SUVs, and pickups — the vehicles most monthly parkers and employees drive. The XL tier accommodates box trucks, large shuttles, and buses that need wider lanes, stronger surfaces, and additional maneuvering room. Semi truck parking requires the most infrastructure investment — reinforced surfaces, wide turning radii, and dedicated entry and exit lanes — which is reflected in the flat $795 monthly rate.

The volume discount structure rewards businesses and fleet operators who park multiple vehicles with us. At 6 vehicles, your per-space rate drops approximately 7 percent. At 16 vehicles, you save approximately 14 percent per vehicle per month compared to single-vehicle pricing. For a fleet of 20 standard vehicles, that volume discount saves $600 per month — $7,200 per year — compared to single-vehicle rates. These savings compound as your fleet grows, making our pricing increasingly competitive at scale.

Every subscription starts with a three-month minimum, and you can choose a 6- or 12-month initial term instead. After that initial term, the permit renews in 3-month blocks until you cancel. Cancel anytime. Service runs to the end of your current term. For one Standard vehicle, the 3-month minimum is 3 × $210 = $630 at list price. This structure gives us the operational stability to maintain quality facilities while giving you the freedom to scale parking up or down, one 3-month block at a time, as your business demands change.

Property Owner Management Tiers

If you own a parking lot or property with parking capacity, our management services offer a different pricing model. Our Full Service tier operates on a 40% revenue share — we handle everything from staffing and technology to enforcement, maintenance, snow removal, and customer service. You invest nothing upfront, carry zero operational risk, and receive monthly distributions. Our Tech + Processing tier operates at a 25% revenue share for owners who already have on-site staff but need LPR cameras, dynamic pricing, payment systems, and our analytics dashboard. Both tiers include our complete technology stack at no additional cost. For monthly permit-only properties, digital permits range from $210 to $425 per space depending on location and vehicle type.

What Affects Parking Rates in Eagle County

Parking rates in Eagle County reflect the unique economics of Colorado's mountain communities. Limited developable land, high construction costs, strict municipal regulations, and intense seasonal demand from skiing, tourism, and events all contribute to parking costs that exceed Front Range averages. In Vail Village, daily parking during ski season can exceed $50 per day. At Eagle County Airport, the airport's own lots post daily maximums of $14 (Terminal A), $12 (Terminal B), and $8 (Economy Lot) as of June 2026, so thirty days at those rates is $420, $360 and $240 before any tax or fee at exit. Our lot sits directly across from the airport entrance at 60 Spring Creek Rd in Gypsum. Monthly garage parking in resort areas ranges from $300 to $500 or more.

Our rates are competitive within this market because we operate surface lots rather than structured garages, keeping our infrastructure costs lower. Surface lots require less capital investment, lower maintenance expense, and simpler snow removal operations than multi-level structures. We pass those savings to our customers while still providing the security, lighting, maintenance, and professional management that justify monthly commitment over ad-hoc daily parking. For a commuter or employee parking five days a week, our monthly rate of $210 works out to roughly $10 per weekday — significantly less than daily rates at most Vail Valley facilities.

For fleet operators and businesses, the ROI calculation is even more compelling. A contractor parking 10 work trucks at our 6-15 vehicle rate of $195 per month pays $1,950 monthly for secure, 24/7 accessible parking with professional management. The alternative — parking on residential streets, risking tickets and towing, shuffling vehicles between job sites, and dealing with theft and vandalism — costs far more in lost productivity, equipment damage, and operational chaos.
