Can monthly parkers use digital permits instead of physical passes?

Yes. Monthly and long-term parkers receive digital credentials tied to their license plate number. Our LPR system automatically recognizes their vehicle on entry and exit, so they never need to show a physical pass, scan a code, or roll down their window.

How does guest and visitor access work?

Property managers can generate temporary access codes or QR passes for guests and visitors through the owner dashboard. Guests receive a link via text or email, and their access is automatically validated when they arrive. Time limits and access windows can be customized per guest.

What payment methods are supported?

We support Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit and debit cards, and ACH bank transfers for monthly accounts. Drivers can also pay via text-to-park using their phone number. All transactions are PCI-compliant and encrypted.

Is there a mobile app drivers need to download?

No app download is required for transient parking. Drivers simply scan the QR code with their phone camera and pay through the mobile web interface. Monthly parkers can optionally use our app for account management, but LPR-based access works without any app.
