Property managers assign parking permits to tenants through our dashboard. Each tenant's vehicle is registered by license plate, and LPR cameras automatically validate access on entry and exit. Managers can add, remove, or modify tenant permits instantly without issuing physical passes.
Can employees have different parking access levels?
Yes. The system supports multiple access tiers — reserved spots for executives, assigned zones for departments, general access for staff, and temporary permits for contractors. Each tier can have its own time restrictions, lot zones, and pricing rules.
How do visitors and guests get parking access?
Tenants and employees can generate visitor passes through the mobile app or web portal. Visitors receive a text or email with a digital pass that includes date, time window, and lot instructions. The system automatically validates visitor plates or QR codes at entry.
Can property managers see usage reports?
Absolutely. The owner dashboard provides real-time occupancy data, tenant-by-tenant usage reports, peak hour analysis, violation logs, and revenue summaries. Monthly reports are generated automatically and can be exported for property management review.
What happens when a tenant or employee leaves?
Parking access is revoked instantly through the dashboard. The license plate is removed from the active permit database, and LPR cameras will no longer grant access. This eliminates the problem of unreturned physical passes or key cards.
